You are now an official PJKT Representative. This guide will help you understand your role and next steps.
đ¤ What Exactly is a Representative? â
Representatives are the direct line of communication between PJKT Staff and your community. As a representative, you will:
- â Receive important information about events, developments, and updates
- â Provide valuable feedback to improve aspects of PJKT before public release
- â Get direct updates when sign-ups for events go live
- â Serve as a communication bridge between PJKT and your community

Community Representative
Represents an entire community such as:
- Roleplay groups
- Event organizations
- Creation communities
- Other established communities
Creator Representative
Represents themselves and their creations:
- Avatar creators
- World creators
- Non Community Related Content creators
- Other independent creators

Join the Exhibitors Discord
Upon acceptance of your application, you should have received a link to the PJKT Exhibitors Discord. This will include your respective Representation Role for the Event you signed up for.
Explore the Exhibitors Discord Category
Take some time to explore the PJKT Exhibitors Discord server. You'll find:
- đĸ Announcements about updates and important information
- đī¸ Information about Exhibitor Round Tables for feedback discussions
- â Booth-help text and voice channels for assistance
- đĄ Suggestion box for future events

đĒ Automatic Acceptance for Upcoming Years â
Once you've been accepted, you will be automatically accepted for upcoming years for FEST booth submission. No need to reapply next year for FEST. (This doesn't include HorrorCon or other events that need separate application)
đĸ Community Relations department â
Community Relations, will be taking the helm and making sure there is more clear communication from the staff to all of the communities and creators!
đ Group Rebranding or Renaming â
If your group undergoes a rebrand or name change:
- â If the only change is a name change and everything else is the same within the group, please let the Community Relations Team know so we can update our records.
- â If the group is an entirely different entity and has no relation to the group prior to the rebrand, you will have to reapply.
- âšī¸ Please inform staff if the old group/community will no longer exist or will belong to another representative so we can keep accurate logs on our end.
